Key Stage 4 – Preparing for Future Pathways
At Key Stage 4, pupils build on their earlier learning by engaging in a more focused careers programme designed to support informed decision-making about their future.
Students are guided through the key choices they will face after GCSEs with the programme introducing a range of post-16 and post-18 pathways, helping pupils to understand the requirements and expectations of each route. Through this, they develop greater independence, confidence, and awareness of their own skills, interests, and ambitions. Ultimately, the aim is to equip young people with the knowledge and understanding they need to make successful transitions into the next stage of their education and future careers.
